Through our programs and services, we have helped older adults stay active, connected, and empowered. Whether it’s learning new skills, improving their well-being, or finding a sense of belonging, our seniors share how SCBSF has made a meaningful difference in their lives.
“Thanks to SCBSF, I feel more connected and empowered. The health programs helped me regain my strength and live a more active life. I never thought I’d be able to participate in group activities again, but now I look forward to them every week!”
